Control, traceability, and international standards
For us at Gadinox, quality is not an abstract concept but a concrete operating model that guides every phase of the process: from material selection to welding, from non-destructive testing to final packaging.
We operate a Quality Management System certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001, which is constantly updated and verified, and we certify every production process.
Attention to documentation, complete traceability, and testing in line with the PED directive and the ASME code guarantee a high level of safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance, even in the most regulated sectors.
All our operators are trained and certified, and we collaborate with accredited third-party bodies for inspections, testing, and validation.
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
RX - Radiographic testing (X-ray or gamma) for internal weld inspection
MT - Magnetic particle testing for the detection of surface cracks on ferromagnetic materials
PT - Liquid penetrant testing for the detection of open surface defects
UT - Ultrasonic testing of welds and base material and for thickness control.
VT - Visual inspection
All inspections are performed by qualified operators according to EN ISO 9712 and SNT-TC-1A
Functional tests upon request
- Hydrostatic pressure tests
- Vacuum leak tests with mass spectrometer
- Roughness, thickness, and conductivity tests
- 3.1/3.2 documentation and technical dossier upon request
