Gadinox S.r.l. has specialised in the manufacture of stainless steel and nickel alloy components since 1998, with over 40 years of experience gained by its founding partners. Located in Schio (VI), it covers an area of 8,000 m², of which 3,500 m² is indoor, where systems and pipes are manufactured, assembled and tested.

Thanks to decades of experience in processing stainless steel and nickel alloys, we manufacture critical and structural components for complex industrial plants, adhering to the highest international standards.

Food Industry

To ensure absolute hygiene, ease of cleaning, and resistance to acids and detergents, we manufacture food-grade tanks made of AISI 316L with a polished or electropolished internal finish, free of stagnation points, and PED-compliant pressure reactors, used for mixing and cooking liquid and semi-solid foods (e.g. sauces, jams, dairy products).

Materials and Finishings

Certified reliability, even in extreme conditions

The efficiency and durability of industrial components largely depend on the right material and the most suitable surface treatment. This is why Gadinox works with a wide range of metals and alloys, selected based on their mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, temperature resistance, and application environment.

From stainless steel to the most sophisticated Super Duplex and nickel alloys, each material is certified according to EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 and accompanied by qualified welding procedures. Upon request, post-weld heat treatments, internal coatings, and customized finishes are available.

This approach allows us to effectively address even critical operating conditions: pressure, vacuum, thermal cycling, aggressive products, sanitary requirements, marine environments, or ATEX.

Finishings

Pickling: Removal of post-welding oxides, restoration of passivation

Heat treatment: Removal of internal stresses due to mechanical deformations during the forming process, refinement of the crystalline grain.

Mechanical polishing: Improved surface appearance and function

Micro Shot peening: Surface homogenization with a uniform satin finish

Satin finishing: Matte finish for aesthetic or sanitization purposes
